In Britain, many music colleges now offer baroque courses, and early music groups are being set up everywhere. In continental Europe, there is an enormous amount of interest in Baroque music, and whilst slower than in these countries, Britain is now following the trend As a response to this growing trend, Cardiff Violins now keep in stock baroque violins, violas, cellos, viola da Gamba, tenor viols, bass viols and baroque bows.

We try to keep as many old baroque instruments as possible, but as only few instruments have reached our modern days in either good order or original condition, many are new.
