Whilst less acclaimed, other old bows from Germany and Britain can  also be very good playing sticks, and one should not underestimate them. 

Nowadays, bows are made in a number of countries, and some of them are really worth looking at, such as the new Brazilian ones, which we always keep in stock. They offer superb playability at affordable prices.

And what about the French? They are still at it, continuing the long tradition of French bow making, adding their names to the long line of makers since Nicolas Tourte.
